Do you build on land I already own?
Yes. If you own a lot or acreage in the Valley, we can build on it. We'll evaluate the site, utilities, setbacks and HOA or county requirements as part of your early planning.
Can you help with design and plans?
Absolutely. We can take you from concept and floor-plan through permitting and construction, or build from plans you already have. Either way you work with one team the whole way through.
How long does a custom home take?
Most custom homes run roughly 8-14 months depending on size, site conditions, finishes and permitting. We give you a realistic schedule before any work begins and keep you updated at each phase.
