A whole-home remodel is the biggest thing you can do to a house without leaving it. Done well, it fixes the things you've worked around for years: the closed-off kitchen, the dated baths, the bedroom that was never quite big enough, the electrical panel nobody has touched since the house was built.
We work through the whole house in a planned sequence rather than room by room, so the flooring runs continuously, the finishes agree with each other, and the systems behind the walls get sorted while they're open. One builder runs your job and answers for it from the first walkthrough to the last.

How much does a whole-home remodel cost?

Can we live in the house while you work?
Often yes, with phasing and dust control, and we’ll plan which parts of the home stay usable. It takes longer and costs more than working in an empty house, but for many families it’s the right trade. We’ll be straight with you about what it’s like to live through.
Can you open up the floor plan?
Yes. Removing walls to open a kitchen to the living area is one of the most common things we do. Where a wall is load-bearing it needs a beam and structural engineering, which is normal work. It just has to be planned, permitted and inspected properly.
What if you find problems behind the walls?
In older Valley homes we sometimes find outdated wiring, failing plumbing, water damage or framing that was never right. We show you, explain the options and price it honestly. We won’t close a wall over a problem to protect a quoted number.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes. We can take a project from first sketch through final walkthrough, or build from plans you already have. Involving us early usually saves money, because the design gets shaped around what is actually buildable in your house.
How long does a whole-home remodel take?
It depends on scope, permitting and whether you’re living in it. Design and engineering come first, then permitting, then construction. We’ll give you a realistic schedule for your city before you sign anything, not an optimistic one.
